How to Define Prefixes
You can define default prefixes in the application. These prefixes are chosen while adding or updating a contact record. You can delete any of the defaults from this screen or add additional ones that may be necessary for your business.
To access Prefixes screen, select menu option Management → Site Setup → Website Setup. Under the Contact Management section click Prefixes. A list of existing prefixes is displayed.
Note: For newer sites there will not be a “Management” tab. Instead you will find Website Setup under the person icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

- To Add a New Prefix, Click New. Enter the Prefix Name.
- To Edit existing Prefix, double click the Prefix.
- To Delete existing prefix, select the prefix and click the red X. While deleting application will prompt to confirm delete action.
- Click Save after modifications.
