If you have a quick questions, we also provide live chat support from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST If you don't need a full blown training session and want to skip to the front of the line because you want your question answered right now, and you are willing to pay for that service, we get it! We also offer a hotline call, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. These are billed in five minute increments at $10 per five minutes with a limit of 15 minutes per call. If you reach the hotline voice mail, your call within the hour.
