How to Define Activity Types

The Activity Type field can be used to further describe activity that transpires with a contact.  Different activity types can be defined that can be used when entering a note, callback or meeting to a contact in the system.

To access Activity Types screen, select menu option Management → Site Setup → Website Setup. Under the Contact Management section click Activity Types. A list of existing activity types is displayed.

Note: For newer sites there will not be a “Management” tab. Instead you will find Website Setup under the person icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

  • To Add a New activity type, Click New. Enter the activity type  name.
  • To Edit existing activity type, double click the activity type.
  • To Delete existing activity type, select the activity type and click the red X. While deleting application will prompt to confirm delete action.
  • Click Save after modifications.
