How to Add GL Account Codes

GL Account Codes allow users to define revenue and A/R general ledger account codes by Rate Card. These codes will appear on the GL Summary report and can be used in exporting insertion detail to various accounting packages. You can add GL Account codes for all charges based on Zone, Rate Card, and Charge Type.
To access GL Account Codes screen, select menu option Management > Site Setup > Website Setup. Under Ad Management section click GL Account Codes.

Magazine Manager Charges by Rate Card
- Choose the Zone/Product from the drop-down list. The corresponding associated GL Revenue Account Postings and A/R Account Postings will be displayed.
- You can edit any desired posting.
- Click Save to save the updated information.
