How to Create Custom Fields and Add to Template

Management > Site Setup > Web Site Setup > Site Customization > Custom Fields

OR

Person Icon in Upper Right > Website Setup. 

  • Add Custom Field > Select Production > Name the Custom Field > Choose Input Type > Choose Data Type
  • Set any restriction for the view, edit, and products

Management > Site Setup > Web Site Setup > Proposal Templates/Invoice Templates

  • Select Template
  • Select Line Items Block

  • Edit Print or Digital Line Item Block

  • Select Custom Field “PO Number” in the Custom Fields List
  • Drag the Custom Field to the “Display Fields” Column
    • You can drag the custom field up & down to place it in the order you choose.

  • Select any of the options for the field

  • During the ad order process, add information in the Custom Field > finish proposal/contract and invoice if custom field is added to invoice template

  • View proposal template/invoice template
