Hiding Line Items on the Proposal
On Proposals created with Multiple Line items – you are able to select which items you want to be displayed on your proposals when sent to clients. For example, you are able to “hide” the Line Items price from displaying so that you can see the order details but hide the actual amounts on the proposal. This is especially helpful when working with Package Deals as you can hide the prices for individual line items while still displaying the package “Total” at the bottom as well as everything that makes up that package.
Note: Making Adjustments on the Display Setup will only change the current proposal. It will not affect the overall Proposal Template or any future proposals on any account. This is a one time solution to hiding line items.
To Hide fields on a proposal, go to the “Display Setup” tab and click on “line items”.
Click on the edit icon (Pencil) on either the Print or Digital line item you wish to hide the details on.
From here, you will see the line item columns that are displayed on the proposal in the center. To hide a field, select the Display Field and click on “Hide (H)”. Repeat for all line items you’d like to hide and then save at the bottom.
