Circulation Subscription Imports screen displays the list of subscribers and their details in a list. Menu path: Tools > Imports > Subscription Imports.

You will be able to import subscribers and subscriptions (.csv file) in to Magazine Manager.

Subscribers Records:

• Subscribers: Opens the details of the Subscriber files imported. You can view the list of files, option to upload more files, view notes associated with the uploads, view imported items, and export the data back to a .csv file.

• Open File: Opens the imported file within Magazine Manager.
• View Notes: Opens Notes associated with the uploaded files.
• Undo: Deletes all imported items.

Subscriber Import: Opens subscriber import page. Option to upload subscriber files, view notes associated with the uploads, view imported items, and export the data back to a .csv file.

Subscription Import:  Opens subscription import page. Option to upload subscription files, view notes associated with the uploads, view imported items, and export the data back to a .csv file.

Disclaimer: There are two pre-requisites in order to have the Contact or Circulation import tool added to your site.

1. The initial import has to been done by a Mirabel Technologies associate to ensure all the back-end tables/joins are lined up correctly.

2. Training is required on the use of the tool to ensure data integrity.
