QuickBooks Web Connector

QuickBooks Web Connector integration package allows data to be pushed from The Magazine Manager / The Newspaper Manager directly to QuickBooks. Change of address, new invoices and payments are moved into QuickBooks as they are made in your Magazine Manager / Newspaper Manager site.

Synchronize Billing

The Web Connector, along with The Magazine /Newspaper Manager QuickBooks module, eliminates the need to duplicate accounting tasks by pulling accounts receivable information directly from The Magazine / Newspaper Manager. This way, you can manage all advertising related accounting information (including customer billing info, invoices, and payments) in The Magazine / Newspaper Manager and keep QuickBooks for your other general ledger needs.

QB Web Connect: Errors in importing data — Generates a site inbox notification for all errors received during the syncing of data between your site and QBWC.

Ease of Use

Once invoices are created or payments are received, the information can be sent to your QuickBooks company file using a simple Magazine Manager web page. This page provides you total control over which information is accessible by the QuickBooks Web Connector. In addition, billing contact/address changes in The Magazine or Newspaper Manager are automatically updated in QuickBooks to keep your billing information synchronized.

Your data is protected using an SSL Certificate which utilizes a 1024 bit key. By encrypting the data, The Magazine Manager ensures that your data is safe during transport over the internet.
