How to Enable Email Notifications

Sending summary reports via email: This feature can be enabled by any Administrative user by going to Menu Path:  Management> Site Setup > Website Setup > Sitewide defaults – check off “Summary Email Notifications”.

Summary Email Notifications: Enable the ability to set email notifications of summary reports per user.

To Setup Notifications:

  • Menu Path: Management > Users > User Editor > Edit Employee > Edit Rep’s Notifications.

Notifications page has 3 tabs.

  1. Inbox and Email Notifications
  2. Summary Email Notifications
  3. Marketing Manager (coming soon!)

Inbox and Email Notifications:

Under Inbox and Email Notifications you can select to have either inbox, email or both types of notifications set.

Selecting to get a notification via email will generate an email notice to the user when the designated action takes place – going to the email address that is identified for that user in the system.

Summary Report Email Notifications:

In the Summary Email Notifications Tab you can select summary Reports to be emailed out for specified time intervals; monthly/yearly.

Note: Some of the summary reports have default frequencies based on the functionality.

Note: All of these notifications are sent via email only.

Frequency Definitions:

1. Yearly – 1st day 1st month of the year

2. Quarterly – 1st day of every quarter

3. Monthly – 1st day of every month

4. Weekly – Every Monday

5. Daily – Daily
