The A/R by Billing Series Letter report displays the list of selected Billing Series Letters with the number of subjects and amount Outstanding. Also the total amount is displayed.

To access A/R by Billing Series Letter screen, select menu option Circulation > Circulation Reports > Aging Summary by Billing Series Letter. Choose the Billing Series from drop-down list and click view.
