Reports and Statistics

Updated January 2021

There are two areas to view a folio and Product statistics in Digital Studio.

1. The Analyze Tab – Use this for detailed information

2. Statistics Icon – Use this for summary information

1. The Analyze Tab

Once a Product is selected, four reports are found under the Digital Studio Analyze tab

Open Space by Page: Shows open pages & space by folio

Placeholders by Page: Shows where all placeholders are located.

Ad & Edit Index: Shows where Ad and Editorial pages reside.

2. Statistics Icon

While working within a Product, multiple summary statistics can be viewed for the entire issue or for individual folios.

Clicking on Statistics icon provides the following summary information
