How to create Dynamic vs. Static Lists

Both “Saved lists” are done from the Advanced Search:

• Dynamic List – this list will change/update based on the search criteria used to create the list.
• Enter your specific search criteria
• Click the “saved search” button in the upper right
• Name your search so that it is easily identifiable

• Static List – you are saving a particular search results as a static list.
• Manually adding contacts to a list for a particular purpose
• Use the search criteria – in the advanced search
• On the results page – select the accounts you want to have on your list…Create the list using the multi contact action button that appears once you check them off.
• You can also add contacts TO the list this way

Both searches show up under the Saved Searches menu:

You can now access your list – use the “split screen” feature and Work your List!
