When you click into a Folio – there are 3 different Page “Views” available (Content Only, Insertions Only & Content and Insertions).

Note: By default Insertions Only mode is active.

1. Insertions Only View – Shows the Page with The Magazine Manager Insertion Order Details ONLY:

• • Assign/Map insertions to the pages using Drag & Drop Function
  • Ads from Magazine Manager and/or Editorial pieces created via Digital Studio are located in the Insertions box
  • Insertions can be filtered by type and size

• • Once placed – the Insertion is removed from the list to prevent duplicate ad placement
  • PLACEHOLDERS can be used “on the fly” if the Ad or Edit item is not in the available list
  • Placeholders always remain 1st on list for selection
  • Just type in the advertiser/editorial details & drag as needed
  • Insertions on the page can be deleted from the flat plan by clicking the X – they then appear back in the Insertions box for future placement

• • REMEMBER – Your CLIPBOARD can house any removed insertions and/or assets so you can quickly and easily place them where they need to go.

2. Content Only View – Shows the Pages with Asset Material Content ONLY:

• • Once images have been uploaded in the File / Publish Ready Folder you can drag & drop them on the pages.

• • Assets available for placement are found in the Assets box

• • Just drag and drop the asset on to the respective page
  • Once all of the material is placed you can easily manage the layout
  • The clipboard can be used to store and revisit items as needed

3. Content and Insertion View – Shows Pages with Both Insertion Information AND the Asset Material/Image.
