How to Search Email Jobs

Each time email is sent out of Magazine/Newspaper Manager, a log is created detailing the information as part of that job.
- From the advanced Customer Search
- From the Mailing List Wizard / Dynamic Search Wizard
- From Production / Ad Material Reminders
- From an individual Customer account
To access Email Job Search screen, select menu option Marketing > Email Job Search. By default, the system takes in Job Creator as the user who is logged-in. You can choose to change the Job Creator, choose the Date Created from the calendar, and the system will automatically Search the Email jobs. A list of Email jobs matching the search criteria is displayed. This list is detailed with the Job Name, Date the job is created, emails queued and the date emails Sent.

Clicking the hyperlinked job name will take you to all of the details from the email job including a hyperlink to the email / letter template used, subject, attachments and any “exceptions” that did not get emailed. The exception list will show the reason that the email did not get sent (no email, duplicate email, special character in email etc.)
