The GL Summary report displays all of your charges in both Summary and Detail; grouped by GL codes (as defined in Website Setup).

To access GL Account Summary & Details screen, select menu option Reports > Accounts Receivable > GL Summary. Choose Company/Issue Year/Issue and click Search to search the GL Account Summary & Details.

The reports displays the accounting summary of the company that is charging its clients for ads based on GL codes and A/R codes provided under Website Setup for the corresponding product/zone.

Revenue by Charge Type: The charge type revenue and the corresponding GL revenue based on code are displayed.

Receivables by Charge Type: The payments receivable by charge type is displayed.

Revenue Account Summary: GL Revenue summary of the account corresponding to the codes set for the product is displayed.

Receivables Account Summary: The payments receivable by account   corresponding to the codes set for the product is displayed.
