Annual Contract Sales

The Annual Contract Sales report is used to display sales by rep by month for a year’s period of time.  All sales made within the month are reflected (regardless of which issue the insertion is for).  The report is searchable by publication and Year.

To access the Annual Contract Sales report, select menu option Reports > Sales > Annual Contract Sales.

Choose the publication and year from the drop-down list and click View.

Results show Sales Rep sales numbers by month – for the product and year selected.  The totals are also displayed.

**NOTE:  You can also use the Sales by Rep Report to see this same information with additional details and the ability to “compare” to the previous year.  Reports>Report Suite>Sales by Rep
