Special Positions Availability

Updated February 2021

Purpose: To show Special Positions Availability based on Premium Positions sold.

Menu Path:

• Go To Reports > Sales > Special Positions Availability
• Click on “My Proposals” from the Quick Link reports list on your current active dashboard view

 Search Criteria:

• Choose Product / Year / Issue / Rep

Results View/Attributes:  Displays sales based on the requested search criteria for the product, issue and year against the available premium positions so that users can see which premium positions are still available..

• Results list in 2 sections that can be expanded or collapsed using the (+ or – ).

• Premium positions that have been sold.

• Premium positions that have NOT been sold.

• You can also Refresh, Print or Export Results using the actions Menu.
• Column sort and selection is also available as needed.
