Requires Design designation in Job Jacket & Production Project Timeline

Marking an ad that Requires Design and Searching for all Ads that Require Design.

Ads can be marked as Requires Design in 2 places

• • Production Module / Project Timeline:
    • Updating the Requires Design column also updates the Jacket Jacket field.
    • The default is set to “No”.

• • Job Jacket / Production Details
    • Checking the Requires Design box inside of the Job Jacket also updates the Project Timeline column in the Production Module items list.

Searching for Ads that are designated as Requires Design

Project Timeline / Search / Order Info / Requires Design

• Navigate from the Project Timeline to the Search Page.
• From the Search page, find the Requires Design box in the Order Info section, choose Yes or No, and press the Search button.
• If you do this search often, Save this Search.
