- Create or access the contact for including the gift recipient.
- Navigate to the Active Subscription section within the contact record and click the plus button to add a subscription.
- Choose your Plan and Start Date.
- Scroll down to the Gift Subscription Dropdown and enable the “This is a Gift” toggle.
- Choose if the gift should be renewed to the giftee or the gifter.
- Next, enter the gifter’s information on the left or choose an existing contact on the right.
- Click ‘Save’ to proceed with creating the gift subscription.
