Archiving Profiles

    • How to archive and unarchive profiles
      • If you need to assign multiple profiles, assign those to a group or tag, this can be done using the segmentation tab (Segmentation Video)
      • Select or filter for the profiles you want to archive/unarchive: Selected/Filtered Profiles dropdown menu> Archive Profiles or Unarchive Profiles

    • For individual profiles

    • Selecting ‘Archive Profiles’ will open the Profiles Associations window where you will see any associations the selected profiles have: CRM Status, Campaigns, Workflows
      • Profiles that are also in the CRM cannot be archived

    • Archived profiles will appear with a lock icon next to their email address

    • How to filter for Archived Profiles through the Profiles Advanced Search feature

    • Navigate to the Deleted/Archived Profiles page within Marketing Manager: Select ‘More’ at the bottom of the Marketing Manager navigator> Select ‘Deleted/Archived Profiles’
      • Each Archived, Unarchived, Deleted profile is listed with information about who performed the action, when it was performed, any workflow or campaign associations, if the profile status has been updated (archived>unarchived, etc.) and if the email address has re-subscribed

    • Here, users have the ability to filter for Archived, Unarchived, or Deleted Profiles

    • If a profile has been archived or unarchived, these actions will be recorded in the Email Interactions

    •  Segment for archived profiles within Segmentation Engine
      • Segmentation Engine> Profile Data> ‘Engagement’ property> Archived
