Ad Arrived: Check-In an Ad

Ads can be checked in and marked arrived three ways:

Production Module / Project Timeline / Current Stage column dropdown.

• • Updating the Current Stage column also updates the individual stage column and the stage in the same order’s job jacket.

Production Module / Project Timeline / stage name dropdown.

• • Updating the individual stage column also updates the Current Stage column and the stage in the same order’s job jacket. Click the checkbox in that stage to select Ad Arrived.

Job Jacket / Current Stage / Current Stage column dropdown.

• • Updating the current stage in the order’s job jacket also updates the Current Stage column and individual stage column.
    • Keep in mind, this is the LAST stage selected, even if the stages are selected out of order.
  • Note that the ad status is also date, time, & user stamped in the job jacket timeline.
  • Click the Refresh button to update the Production Module view.
