LinkedIn, Favorite, and Hide Prospect
- LinkedIn: Click on the LinkedIn icon to view prospects LinkedIn profile. This helps in contacting the prospect.
- Add to Favorite List: Click on the Favorite icon (blue banner with star) to add the prospect to your favorites list.
- Hide Prospect: Click on the Hide icon (grey circle) to hide prospect from displaying. You will be able to view these records when you choose to view “View Hidden Prospects”.
Search/Filter Prospects
- You can search prospect company names using keywords. This will help you fetch prospects names of particular Location.
- Further you can filter prospects using date range – select Start Date and End Date. There are few preset date range options to choose from: Today, Yesterday, Last 7Dys, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month.
- Export to Excel: Click the Excel icon to export an excel document of the list of prospects displayed. Extracts *.xlsx file.
- Click on the fields – Name, Profiles, Pages Seen, Visitors, Leads, and Visiting From, Location to enable/disable from viewing in the prospects records.
- View Hidden Prospects: Click on this option to view all hidden prospects from the list. You can choose to unhide a prospect, click on “Unhide” link of the corresponding prospect record.
- User History: Displays the recent history of user actions performed.
- Show Only: You can choose to check “Show Only”: “Lead Prospects”, “Priority Prospects”, Email Address” to view only your favorite prospects.
- Lead Prospects: Displays only Lead Prospects.
- Priority Prospects: Displays only Priority Prospects.
- Email Address: Displays only Prospects those that have email address captured
