Setting up a Default Ad Agency
You can define the default Ad Agency for a contact. In the Customer record , under Ad agencies you can view a list of Ad Agencies added to this contact. The first added Ad Agency is automatically set as the default Ad Agency for this contact. For the rest of the Agency records you have an option to “Set as Default” button next to each Ad Agency.

Once you have selected the Agency you’ll want to open the “Billing and Financial Tab” to set the default billing to “Ad Agency”

If you do an Invoice Search and print the invoice, the billing would be the contact you selected in contract page and the default contact remains same.
