Updates to the Advanced Subscription Search Results page

  • Added the ‘Active Subscription’ field to the Views window
    • This will display the number of active subscriptions under a contact record.

      • NOTE: This value will only be displayed for ‘Active’, ’NonRenew’, Future, and ‘In-trial’ Status.
  • Added ‘Next Billing Amount’ and ‘Next Renewal Amount’ to the Views window.

    • The Next Billing Amount displays the ChargeBrite Amount Balance.

    • The Next Renewal Amount is the Plan Amount for the Renewals without the Setup Fee.

      • NOTE: The Next Renewal Amount will only display for subscriptions with defined Billing Cycles and the End Action set to ‘Renew Once’ or ‘Auto Renew.’ It will not display for subscriptions created with the End Action set to ‘Until Cancelled’.

Updates to the Subscription Simple Search

  • Added the Cancellation Info section on the ChargeBrite Search page

  • Source of Cancellation: This field will display the source of the cancellation. 
    • Magazine Manager: If the subscription was cancelled within the CRM.
    • Customer Portal: If the subscriptions were cancelled using the Customer Portal.
    • Others: If subscriptions were cancelled due to certain compelling scenarios or at the user’s discretion to specify and use their own reasons for cancellation.
  • To Be Cancelled On Date: This will display results based on the date the subscriptions will be/was cancelled.
  • Re-Activation Date: This will display the subscriptions that got re-activated on the date range entered.
  • Cancellation Reason: This will display the subscriptions based on the reason set by the user for the cancellation.

Updates to the ‘View Subscription’ Page

  •  The ‘Subscription History’ section will now be visible for Admin users also.
