ChargeBrite Product Updates – 1/28/23

Added the Notes & Activity side panel to the Create Subscription page

• When creating a subscription through a Contact Record, the split-screen icon will now appear in the top right corner of the page. 

• This new icon will open the Notes & Activity side panel where users will be able to view existing notes & activities on a Contact Record as well as input new notes & activities directly through the Create Subscription page. 

Added filter options to the Fulfillment Points page within Website Setup

• Admins will now be able to filter Fulfillment Points by the Product, From Date and To Date filters.

Added the ‘Total Available’ field to the Plans page within Website Setup

• Here, admins will be able to input the total number of subscriptions available for a plan.
• This will limit the number of subscriptions of this plan that can be created across all subscribers from the checkout pages and the ChargeBrite application. 

• Should the limit be reached, an alert will appear on the Create Subscription page and the checkout page.
