Sales Activity

Purpose:  this report provides a snapshot of user activity for any given time period.

Menu Path:  Reports > Sales > Activity.

*NOTE:  The report defaults to the current day’s activity for the sales department.

However, can be searched by specific Rep, Department, Activity Type and Date Range.

There are predefined date buttons on the search page to quickly display sales activity for today, this week, this month, last week or last month. You can also use the calendar to search for a specific date range.

Once the results of the search have been displayed, follow the hyperlinks under the individual columns for a detailed view of the recorded activity.

An average and total appears at the bottom of each column.
