The goals are blank by default, so you must edit each rep’s goal to be at least zero or the name won’t show. Reps must have a goal defined of at least zero (not left blank) and have actual sales entered into the system. Follow the hyperlink to learn how to Setup Users Sales Goals…
You can set goals in the Employee Editor per person. Goals can be set per “contract” (how much was booked in a month regardless of issue), calls, meetings and/or by publication and issue.
